General Layout

Main salon, Nav station & galley are mid ship with a large Master en-suite stateroom aft. Guest suite has separate head & shower in the bow. High quality teak joinery and craftsmanship is found throughout. CE/S SS opening ports with screens and factory made screens on all hatches. Halogen ceiling lights, courtesy lights and 110v & 12v receptacles are throughout all cabins. Hanging lockers and large cabinets are equipped with switches for automatic lighting when opened. All cabinets are quality classic louvered construction design. “LAMP” push button latches used on all cabinets. Splendide Comb-o-matic 2000 washer dryer in the Guest Suite hallway.

Main Salon

Spacious beautifully appointed raised main salon surrounded with 7' long x 18” high side windows and forward front windows that open for ventilation. The main salon has a large dinette teak table to port surrounded by settee seating on three sides with liquor cabinet under table. Matching 4’ 10” long settee to starboard with built-in Entertainment Center with 24” Sony TV and DVD/CD/VHS/AM/FM/Direct TV Satellite digital multimedia stereo system. A 12v music system incorporates an Alpine Cassette/CD changer that is XM compatible. Surround sound speakers are located in the main salon and in the cockpit area. The entertainment system also doubles for a color video camera security system that has cameras located on the mast and stern radar arch. The main salon & galley area is cooled/heated by a high capacity reverse cycle heat pump. The mast is enclosed by teak covered fiberglass tube. All cabin doors are equipped with Security Locks. Absolutely great visibility around the ship when at anchor or underway.

Nav Station

A custom factory built forward facing raised Nav Station to starboard allows excellent visibility and electronic helm control steering while underway. The Nav Station includes state of the art Radar/Chart Plotter, Autopilot, Wind & Tridata instrumentation, built-in 15” video monitor, and cabinets that enclose a tower for computer & printer, VHF & SSB Transceivers. A 3’ 6” long ships library sits above the ventilated galley pantry and cabinets.

Galley

Spacious galley to port side with extensive counter and cabinet space, large double SS deep sink w/dual cutting boards, built-in Whirlpool microwave, Force10 Gourmet range w/3burner. Top loading and front loading Refrigerator and Freezer compartments each have separate Technautics Cool Blue 12v refrigeration units and can be used interchangeably. The galley area has excellent ventilation by four overhead opening ports and two multi-speed fans.

Engine Room

Walk-in door entrance is from the galley. High Tech Heat & Sound Insulation interior. FireBoy automatic fire suppression system, insulated sink & plumbing, Spectra watermaker system, Heart Interface 2500 inverter/battery charger, dual engine room fan system, Dual Racor 550MA filters, and of course 100 Hp Yanmar Turbo diesel and Northern Lights 5.5 kW Gen Set. Seven access doors around the engine room. The 12v CO detector is hard wired.

Master Stateroom Suite

Larger private well ventilated Master aft stateroom with queen-sized bed custom built Deluxe 8 ½” Inner Spring mattress, three standup locker cabinets, five locker cabinets, two extra large bedside compartments, extra large double aft locker. A standup cabinet holds 14” TV/VHS interfaced with video camera system. Comfort provided by a reverse cycle heat pump and cooled by two multi-speed Hella fans over berth. Complete with bedding, sheets & quilts. Master head features an electric fresh water head that uses recycled gray water from the shower, four large mirrors, a walk-in shower with teak/Lexan door. Shower features a drying room with a fan from the engine room heat to dry the shower areas, wet towels and clothes. Excellent cabinet space and ventilation.

Guest Stateroom Suite

Large suite with a custom 8 ½” thick Queen sized Deluxe Inner Spring mattress, library shelf, 2 hanging lockers, ten drawers and large above bed & under bed storage cabinets. Large Lewmar hatch and four port windows provide excellent ventilation. Complete with all bedding.

Guest Bathroom

Forward bow guest head has large standup shower and semicircular smoked teak/Lexan shower door, ten cabinet storage lockers, two large chain lockers with self flaking primary chain & rode.
